Description
This is an exciting route that ascends the mountain almost directly under the cable car. It is a scramble route which means there are a couple of places where you need to use your hands to climb up and over obstacles, No experience is necessary but there is some exposure to steep drops so it is not suitable for anyone who is afraid of heights. The views of the city and then of the Atlantic seaboard are amazing. Once at the top of the climb we are a short distance from the plateau and the cable car.
Transport is available at no charge from the city centre and nearby suburbs.
