We try to respond as soon as we can but outside of South African business hours in you might experience slight delays.
If you need to make changes to your reservation we'll do our best to accommodate. In most cases, the booking can be changed directly as long as there open reservations. Sometimes if the date of travel is very close then a small change fee might be applied.
If you need to cancel your reservation completely then we'll do our best to help. In some cases, the supplier might charge a small fee but if the cancellation is made with ample notice then a full refund is usually made.
