The office is next to Hamleys Toy Shop in The Zone, Rosebank.  You can board at any of the stops along the route and just present your QR code.  There is a hotel Shuttle Bus that does transfers to and from hotels in Sandton and Melrose Arch.  You are handed ear phones and off you go.  Your friendly driver welcomes you aboard and you,re off on The Green Route with an amusing and entertaining pre-recorded commentary. What better way to enjoy the wonderful weather of Johannesburg, and explore the City of Gold, as she is affectionately known, than in a Double Decker Bus with an open top? With over 16 stops, and taking you to over 20 of Johannesburg and Soweto's top attractions, you get to enjoy all of Johannesburg's Hot Spots. 

From Rosebank, the Green Tour takes you through the leafy suburbs around Zoo Lake stopping at all top attractions, including Zoo lake, the Johannesburg Zoo and the Military Museum, up Munro Drive to the exclusive residential area of Upper Houghton before reaching Constitution Hill.

Change at Constitution Hill  to the Red City Tour and continue your journey around the inner city visiting the “Roof of Africa” viewing deck on the 50th floor of the Carlton Center, the James Hall Museum of Transport and on to Gold Reef City Theme Park.  Change to the Soweto Extension Tour at Gold Reef City.  This extension runs every hour and lasts 2 hours dropping you back at Gold Reef City.  Gold Reef City has a well preserved Gold Mining town where you can watch gold being poured and take a lift down a Gold Shaft.  This is after all the City of Gold.

You re-board the Red City Tour Bus to the Apartheid Museum.  After you visit at the museum you re-board the bus which takes a circuit through the heart of the city to the SAB World of Beer or the Origins Center at Wits before returning back to Constitution Hill and ultimately back to Rosebank. You’ll soon see why Johannesburg is not only considered Africa’s economic playground but also the largest man made urban forest in the world.
